Notes & Tips

To the Parents

d6 Connect app This d6 Connect application must please be installed by all Parents / Families at The Yard. Please see your emails for the d6 invitation. In the email you would have received a token to register with, giving you access to The Yards communication content. Please register with the token to receive all communication. The next email will be sent again on the 17 June 2020. We have only received 22 registrations so far for d6. Which means 38 families are still unregistered end users and this means you will be missing out on important information. We have an online ECD meeting on the 15 June, to get feedback from the 8 work streams involved with DSD and DBE which are assisting with the re-integration of our Pre-Schools due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We will be using the d6 to start sending surveys, questionnaires, and agreements, as well as a pre-screening form to submit daily for when our school re-opens. We need each Parent to please communicate with The Yard, in order to plan for our re-opening. If you could all please send us a “Hi from Childs name and Surname Grade” message on WhatsApp to 0735244912 by Tuesday, 16 June the latest, this will indicate to us that you are reading our letters
